Monday 10/7/06 .… Flying RyanAir to Poznan (from Stanstead)…. as cheap as the flights are (26GP each) … quite frankly it’s a pain in the arse getting from Chelsea, or pretty much anywhere else in London… the cost of getting there (approx 11GP) is almost as much as flying to Poland….. and we left Jo and CTT at 8 am to catch a 12:40 flight. …. The airport terminal is something else too … pretty chaotic…. All in all, it’s quite a bit of work to get to the airport, check in (pay RyanAir anything else that they demand, as per their Terms & Conditions …. In our case 5GP for extra luggage that we checked in …. And to do that you have to go to a separate booth, and join another queue …. Suppose that is how they actually make some money).
I suppose that is something we will have to get used to when we live in London, and travel out every few weeks or so ….. flying out of Adelaide is so easy … but then there aren’t that many flights out to place within 2 hours flying time.
