Watched the World Cup final with CTT and Jo, at this classy pub (in Kensington??) …. Obviously barracking for the Frogs (didn’t want to be kicked out on street for upsetting my hosts …. And a 10 pound bet on a French win also helped …. Hoping justice would prevail after the Aus v Italy match few weeks back)….. looked great after the 7th minutes …. and the rest is history.
Definitely an experience seeing the pub divide into two factions with chanting/taunting floating back and forth.
