LAX – LHR – HEL --> ??

In London for a weekend, couch surfing with Mate, and then on Monday, with Sully heading off to backpack around Baltics for few weeks.We land in Helsinki, and then onto Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and anywhere else that takes our fancy. Initial plan is 2 weeks, but then with me, anything is possible... could easily turn into 4 or 5
