Freeways in Austria are also excellent, and we found ourselves 100km out of Vienna, so we decided to pop in for a look around…. Despite magnificent buildings and history of culture, the city fails to fill me with excitement … I don’t know why, maybe the locals are just a bit too conservative … and I remember feeling the same way when I visited the place 3 years ago.
